How the online class  works:
1. Register and pay the full amount for the course.
2. Receive two emails welcoming you into the course as well as your log in and password within one hour.
3. Check your email as well as your junk mail for the emails.
4. Take your course. you can log in and log out.
5. Finish your course,  print out your certificate from your computer and receive your hard copy within two weeks.
 
 
Below are the frequently asked questions:
  1. How long is the online Caregiver Certification course? The student is expected to finish the NCCA online caregiver course within three weeks or earlier.
  2. Are there tests in this course? Yes, there are simple assessment tests after each module
  3. Can I finish before 3 weeks? Yes. the student can finish before three weeks. As far as all the modules are studied and tests are passed.
  4. What if I do not pass the professional caregiver certification course successfully? You can always sttudy and take the test again, with the same log-in and password and once you have passed the test at a success rate of 80% or higher, your Caregiver Certification will be granted.
  5. Do you keep track of  all caregivers certified through NCCA? Absolutely! Your name will be entered into the National Caregiver Certification Association caregiver registry and every employer can verify your certification by emailing certs@thencca.com
  6. Do I need a high school diploma to take the Caregiver Certification course? No. Anyone 16 and above may take the Certified Caregiver Training course.
  7. Will this course make me a Certified Nurse Assistant? No. The Certified Nursing Aide certificate is granted in each state after you attend a C.N.A. school and pass the state’s C.N.A. exam. You may find CNA schools in your area. CNA programs cannot be completed completely online. Each state requires that the student receive a hands-on training in skilled nursing facility.
  8. Does the NCCA online Caregiver Training meet the training requirements for caregivers in every state? Yes,  NCCA training modules meet federal requirements & complies with the Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act.
